အသက္ရွည္ခ်င္ရင္....

7 Unsafe Practices After a Meal

1.Smoking: Experiments from experts prove that smoking a cigarette after a meal is comparable to smoking 10 cigarettes (chances of cancer is higher).

2.Eating fruits immediately: Eating fruits immediately after meals will cause the stomach to be bloated with air. Therefore, take fruits 1–2 hours after meal or one hour before meal.

3.Drinking tea: Tea leaves contain a high content of acid. This substance will cause the protein content in the food we consume to be hardened and difficult to digest. If having tea is unavoidable, it is advisable to have tea with a gap of at least 15 minutes.

4.Loosening your belt: Loosening the belt after a meal will easily cause the intestine to be twisted & blocked.

5.Having a bath: Bathing will cause the increase of blood flow to the hands, legs & body, thus the amount of blood around the stomach will decrease. This will weaken the digestive system.

6. Walking: It’s a myth that people always say that walking hundred steps after a meal will help you live till you are 99. But in reality, walking immediately after a meal will cause the digestive system to be unable to absorb the nutrition from the food we intake.

7. Sleeping immediately: The food we intake will not be able to digest properly. Thus will lead to acidity & infection in our intestine.
